1. How can I tell if the garment will fit properly?

Each item has detailed measurements listed in the product detail page. For more information on how to get the correct fit, please check out the Sizing Guide.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

You may choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal.

3. I am looking for a specific item, can you help me?

You may send a request for a specific item via the Product Wishlist. Simply select what you are looking for from the options provided or enter your own terms into the selection field. When an item matching that description is uploaded to the website, you will immediately be informed via email. If you choose to register, you can easily manage your product wishlists by logging into your account profile.

4. Do you accept vintage items for sale or consignment?

We do purchase items from individuals. Please contact us at at findit@rockitagain.com. If you can, please also send sample photographs. (Please note, we do not do consignment.)

5. How do I care for my garment?

For most clothing items, we recommend dry cleaning before wear. If you have purchased a delicate item or an item dating from the 1940s or prior, you should consult your dry cleaner before cleaning. Some very delicate items cannot withstand the chemicals used in dry cleaning. Store your garments in a cool, dry place or in fabrics bags made of natural fibers. Do not store in plastic bags, cardboard boxes (unless acid free) or cedar chests which can cause yellowing or streaking.
